Give Nakshatra the brief and your family's birth details, and he goes and finds it. One fee, however many properties it takes. He calls you within 24 hours.
Option 3
Your house, your plot, or one you have already chosen with your own broker. Nakshatra reads that one instead, and tells you exactly what to fix and why.
You send the map. He reads it and calls you back with what needs changing, why, and the remedy. Correction is done by symmetry, so no walls come down.
The fees above cover one map. Additional maps reviewed on the same call are ₹10,000 each.
He walks the house or the plot with you, in person. The full four check reading on the ground, plus the vibe of the building and the street, which only reads on site.

About Nakshatra
That combination is the whole reason this exists.
An architect who does not read charts can tell you where a wall should go. An astrologer who has never stood on a site can tell you what your chart says. Neither one answers the question you are actually asking, which is whether this particular property suits this particular family.
He calls it kundli based vastu, and it is his own method. General vastu principles are the floor, not the answer. A bedroom in the south west does not make a home vastu compliant, and a builder saying so does not make it true.
He visits every property himself, with a compass, and reads it against the chart of every person who will live or work there. Corrections are made by symmetry, the way it was done long before anyone was selling crystals.
